Hi. I’m Midnite. Have you heard about the new airline? It is an airline for pets only and it is called Pet Airlines. The only passengers allowed are a dog or a cat. The service will start in New York, Baltimore, Chicago, Denver and Los Angeles.
The prerequisite for a pet to board the aircraft is a preboarding walk and bathroom break. The aircraft has no seats or overhead compartments. No pet will be put in the cargo hold.
The aircraft is a Beech 1900 turbo prop. Pets will stay in their own pet carriers and secured using a restraint system designed by Pet Airlines. The pet carrier should include a blanket, water bowl or bottle and identification of the pet. Treats, toys, spare leash and collar, medications and poop bags should also be included.
Air fares will start at $149 and flight tracking will be available. As of now, Pet Airlines is booked for the next two months.
